  • 2 Strip Steaks, 8 to 10 ounces each
  • 4 Teaspoons Balsamic Vinegar Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Fine Sea Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder



  1. Mix Balsamic Vinegar Powder, salt, onion powder and garlic powder in small bowl until combined. Generously massage rub into both sides of each steak and allow steaks to rest for up to 10 minutes at room temperature.
  2. Set grill to high and lightly rub grate with canola or another light oil.
  3. Grill steaks for 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
